To Do
- fix up patch note formatting for consistency
- basically just making things use lists instead of newlines
- also adding links to things
- maybe work on a proper patch page template like the official TF2 wiki has, but re-styled to fit this wiki's theme
- add a proper Delete template to mark files/pages for deletion
