To Do
- finish adding old missing patch notes
- 1.7.3, 1.7.3.1, 1.8.0 Hotfix 1 and Hotfix 2
- fix up patch note formatting for consistency
- basically just making things use lists instead of newlines
- also adding links to things
- maybe work on a proper patch page template like the official TF2 wiki has, but re-styled to fit this wiki's theme
