1.6.2 was an update for Team Fortress 2 Classic. The patch notes are currently lost media.
This update came after 1.3.0 and before 1.6.3. There are numerous patch notes inbetween that are also lost media, including 1.4.0, 1.5.0, 1.6, and 1.6.1.
