1.6.0 was an update for Team Fortress 2 Classic. It was released on January 11, 2015. It featured some fixes and new additions.
This update came after 1.5.1 and before 1.6.2.
Changes
Upped maxplayers from 64 to 128 (default is still 24)
Set the tickrate to 8ms (I'll change this back if people complain)
Added tf_weapon_criticals
Added tf_weapon_criticals_melee
Added tf_damage_disablespread - Nicknine
Added the Tranquilizer
Fixed the crash bug that happens if you kill somebody up close
Renamed tf_model_muzzleflash to tf2c_model_muzzleflash
Removed tf_beta_weapons
Added tf2c_equip_scout_nailgun, tf2c_equip_scout_smg and tf2c_equip_spy_tranq. The server admin does NOT need to turn these commands on for the player to be able to change the weapons
