1.7.3 was a minor update for Team Fortress 2 Classic. It was released on January 26, 2015. The patch notes can be found on the archived TF2 Classic website. It featured some weapon changes, general changes, and bug fixes. It also featured the addition of 1 new weapon.

- Engineer and Pyro “eyes” don’t go yellow. Needs a custom “eyes” texture with an alpha layer to prevent $color2 from affecting the eye coloration.
- HWM models do not have 4 team skins so please refrain from using HWM player models for the time being. I tried, but there were compiling issues about flexes and well, fuck that shit.
