Release date info

Just for the future in case there's any dispute about the release date of this patch:

• The archived TF2C Wiki has this patch listed as releasing on the 8th
• The archived official TF2 site however has this patch listed as released on the 7th
• I haven't checked the old Facepunch thread archives yet to see if I can find the announcement post for this patch
• A "team fortress archive" spreadsheet I found while doing some digging has this patch listed as released on the 7th

I'm going to assume this was a mixup on the archived tf2c wiki and say that this patch was released on the 7th given that multiple sources have it listed as the 7th. I'll continue digging through Facepunch thread archives to see if I can find a definitive answer. 🇷🇴 12:28, 23 October 2024 (UTC)

Archived thread was a dead end, large chunk of the first thread's pages (roughly from pages 30 to 70-something) which would contain the info are missing. 🇷🇴 12:33, 23 October 2024 (UTC)
