The Fists are the melee weapon of choice for the Heavy. Heavy's own hands deal 65 damage per hit, and are useful for up close and personal encounters, or for finishing an enemy when the Minigun and/or Shotgun are out of ammo.
The Fists can also perform the Showdown taunt, which kills whoever is in Heavy's way when he fires.
