The R.P.G. is a primary weapon for the Soldier. It is a visually greener version of the Rocket Launcher, with a check pattern on its side and an oversized rocket sticking out of it.
Compared to the Rocket Launcher, it can only shoot one rocket per reload. However, the rockets are larger, slower, makes more damage and makes a bigger explosion. The rockets are also affected by gravity, and slowly falls to the ground after being shot, while also emitting a whistling sound. Unlike the Rocket Launcher, the R.P.G. does not have any damage falloff, and will deal full damage on a direct hit at any range.

Trivia
- The appearance of the R.P.G. is based on Team Fortress 2's beta Rocket Launcher appearance. However, a common misconception is that the beta Rocket Launcher also shot one rocket per reload. This was not the case.
- Coincidentally, the way the Rocket arcs and whistles is similar to the Rockets seen at the start of Meet the Medic.
